This is more than an editorial comment,
but an edible statement. I spent time in researching Jerry Gingras collection for the fourth
book of Moxie at Jerry's house in New Hampshire. While there, we had lunch and a Ham and Cheese
sandwich and egg salad was served. And you guessed it, on a Muriel Ostriche dinner plate, Moxie
silverware and Making Moxie Mine in a Moxie glass. Eat your heart out.
Some of Jerry's Collection can be seen under Collectibles. Joseph A Veilleux 6/2001. |

Moxie drinkers know that loving it
requires an acquired taste like all of so many things. Generally it takes five drinks of Moxie
to acquire that taste. Try it, you'll like it, too! George R. Gross 10/99. |

I am a cigar smoker, I smoke good cigars
costing $2 to 30 a piece. There is nothing finer than smoking a fine cigar and having a snifer of
Cognac, aged Scotch, a Tawy Port Wine, dry red wine, a harsh warm Guiness Stout or a cold glass
of Moxie. Think about it, you Moxie drinkers, what do all of these taste like. If you have tried
them all, wouldn't you say pretty much the same. So where does that put Moxie. I would say on the
same shelf as people who have an affluent lifestyle, who smoke and drink nothing but the very best.
