Cornucopia Beverages has acquired the Trademark and rights of the Moxie brand and all associated beverages from the Monarch Beverages Company of Atlanta, Georgia.

The Cornucopia Beverages Company is a division of the Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England, headquartered in Bedford, New Hampshire. The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Northern New England (CCNNE) is owned by Kirin Beer of Japan.

CCNNE acquired the Moxie trademark and associated products in 2007. Check out their new website at CCNNE.COM
